Nadi is an application monitoring platform — an issue tracker for production apps. It handles crash reporting, performance insights, internal support workflows, and bug tracking all in one place.
The design challenge was clarity under pressure. When something breaks in production, developers are stressed and need answers fast. I spent a lot of time on hierarchy and information density — a crash report needs to tell you what broke, where, and when. The details come second, but they need to be there when you need them.
If I'm doing my job right, a developer should read just one line and immediately understand the severity of an issue, then easily find their way through the rest.
