Nous

Nous is an AI chatbot builder. You feed it your docs, knowledge bases, links — anything — and it creates a trained chatbot you can embed anywhere. On top of that, you can monitor user conversations and understand how people are actually using it.

The core design challenge was making AI setup feel simple. Training a chatbot sounds technical, but it shouldn't feel that way. I designed the flow so anyone could go from uploading a document to having a working chatbot in minutes. The monitoring dashboards surface insights without making you dig for them.

If I'm doing my job right, someone with zero technical background should be able to create, deploy, and monitor an AI chatbot without reading a single line of documentation.
