Treom is a smart waste management platform built for organizations that need to manage waste operations at scale. It provides a cloud-based system for tracking, scheduling, and optimizing waste collection and disposal.

The challenge was designing for operators managing fleets and logistics in the field. The interface needed to work for people on the move, dealing with real-time changes, and making quick decisions. I focused on making the most common actions fast and accessible — status updates, route changes, and alerts never more than a tap away.

If I'm doing my job right, a waste management operator should feel confident managing their entire operation from their phone, without ever needing to call support.
